Equipment required – silicone moulds or ice cube trays

Ingredients
350g frozen berries - defrosted
120 ml or ½ cup of water
3tbsp honey
3 tbsp (grass fed beef) gelatine
Preparation
Step 1
Put the berries and all the juices and water into a blender to liquidise and then sieve to remove the seeds.
Step 2
Heat gently in a saucepan then add the honey to taste.
Step 3
Add the gelatine and keep stirring until the mix starts to thicken.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the moulds and then put in the fridge to cool and set.
Once set (approx an hour) then push out of the moulds. The gummies should be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
